Not only was it a top quality chess set, but best of all, the customer services was fabulous and top notch; on the phone and also on live help. Both ladies were professional, courteous, and they offered solutions to my minor issue with form of payment. It all worked out, and I was still able to get the special of 50% off. I will NEVER shop at USCF website any more. Not that they were bad, but they were overpriced and the customer service pales in comparison to WSC. The shipping was very quick for ground. Only 4 days. The only thing I have to say negative about the product was that the Sheesham set is a bit lighter weighted then I thought. Regardless of that small issue, my customer experience was surprisingly delightful. Thank you!!!!
