Customer Reviews of Carryall Tournament Chess Bag

ChessMom from Brooklyn, NY Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewBags are great! My sons used them for the NYS Scholastic Championship in Saratoga Springs, and they fit everything they needed. A place for everything, and everything nicely contained. Highly recommended.

John from Albuquerque Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThe Bag itself is great, pockets are large enough for pieces. Clock fits in clock pocket with extra batteries. The downside is the shoulder strap was a little to short even at maximum length. I replaced the one on ours, and now everything is great.

Lynda Worley from Pendleton Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThe chess bag came quickly and it was exactly what he wanted. The problem was the material was torn at the zipper. It was easy to sew and my grandson didn't even notice.

Carl from Ney Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewLots of room, prefer having less but larger pockets

5 from Santa Clara, CA Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewBest bargin for the price! Was surprised to see the "clock" space was big enough to hold the large Chronos clock (w buttons). I am a happy camper!

Ben from Fremont Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThis durable bag is the perfect size for a roll up mousepad board with plenty of room for even the Chronos full sized digital chess clock (though I did buy the smaller one this time around) and even a chess book and scoring pad. Exactly what I was looking for.

John from L.A. Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewGreat bag. Holds black and white in separate pockets, has loops for vinyl mat, and a pocket that's big enough for almost any clock.

Andrew from Florida Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThis is a great, heavy-duty product that fits everything perfectly, nothing is too tight when it comes to storing your pieces or clock. Great product!

David S. from Indianapolis area Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewLove the bag--it's a great deal! I am able to fit a 22" mousepad board into it, though it's rather snug since it's meant for 20" boards (and accommodates those nicely).

Ron from Kenner Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewVery low quality. Clock pouch material had separated from seam at the zipper. Several physical defects noticed on arrival of the black carryall chess bag.(Wholesale Chess Note: This bag is defective - we gladly replace ALL defective bags. You pay for top quality, you deserve top quality.)

JAMES BELL from MEMPHIS Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewTHE Bag over all is very good but it busted out in the seam but i may need 10 more sets.

taurusjimmy from los angeles Carryall Tournament Chess Bag Reviewnice looking & durable, with interior compartments for chess pieces, clock, pencil/pen holder and an additional compartment for a great price!!!

Marc from Palo Alto Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewCompare to my review for the "Premier" chess bag. This bag is a mini version of the Premier. I like the smaller size, but it just doesn't fit my stuff. My Chronos clock does not fit in the clock pouch. It takes some effort to fit my pieces (4" king, extra queens), but the zippers will close. This bag is OK if your clock is not so long as the Chronos blitz timer, and also if you have 3.75" king size pieces.

Keith from Freeport Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewNice size and design, but the interior stitching and zippers are low-quality. In particular, the zipper on the clock pouch frequently "derails," and both the clock pouch and one of the piece pouches have begun to tear at the seams. The bag is less than a year old, and I do not put it through an undue amount of abuse. (Wholesale Chess Note: The bags this customer received were defective. He notified us and we gladly replaced his defective bags at no cost. At Wholesale Chess, you pay for top quality, you deserve top quality.)

Bruce Boman from Grand Rapids Carryall Tournament Chess Bag Reviewthe blue and black bags were different quality it would be nice to get the same quality

Fred from Derwood Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewBag is performing its function, but doesn't keep shape and doesn't look durable

Ryan from Virginia Beach Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewI love this bag! The brown cammo is awesome and seems fairly sturdy. Unfortunately I will agree with the prior reviews that the inside zippers aren't the best quality, but they aren't terrible either. Overall super buy and will recommend to friends.

Bill from Baltimore,MD Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewExcellent product! Rugged and durable. Room for all your playing supplies.

David from NYC Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewI did not realize this was the same product I already had. It does not hold my weighted pieces very well. The pockets are fraying as is the zipper. Don't waste your money on this product.!!

Philip from New York City Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewExcellent product, much better than those cheap cases you find elsewhere. The pockets here are padded and nicely balanced whether or not you have a clock in the bag.

Bentoons from Des Moines Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThis bag is exactly what you hope for in a tournament bag. Solid construction, sturdy zippers, quality materials, & everything is sized properly.

Manny from Plymouth Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewNice bag with a place for everything. I'm very pleased.

Austin from Shippensburg Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewA simple bag that is durable, conventional, and has all the features that any average tournament player could need.

Rich from Providence, RI Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThe fact that I just ordered some more items, several of which will fit in that bag, should confirm for anyone who is interested that I'm a satisfied customer.

Philip from New York City Carryall Tournament Chess Bag Reviewexcellent carrying case! Nicely balanced

Bud from Kenosha, WI Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThis bag is very nice and sold at a good price. An improvement I would suggest is to include a zipper for the long pocket.

Suzannah from Washington, DC Carryall Tournament Chess Bag Reviewconvenient, easy to carry, sturdy yet lightweight. I recommend this to anyone who wants to properly transport and store their chess pieces and vinyl board

Keith from Seattle Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewI purchased this bag a second time for another set because I was impressed with the first one I ordered. Holds all pieces, clock, 2 pens and has a pocket to put stuff in like a notebook or papers. Real deal!!!!!

Kieron from Indianapolis Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewA wonderful bargain! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that since there is no inner zipper on the part that holds the scorepad, etc., some items can fall out if you aren't careful when you open it.

Jeff from Rochester Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewCarry bag is large enough to hold all the pieces, mat, clock, and other playing needs but doesn't feel bulky. I have received several compliment from fellow players on this one.

Ron from Eugene Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewVery good quality. I bought mine a year ago and have used it heavily with very little wear noted. Bag held up much better than I expected (zipper seems small but has been very durable).

Don from Gainesville, FL Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThe carrying case holds the pieces and the nice vinyl board comfortably with room for a chess clock which I will buy later.

Britton from Orlando Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewThe bag has a pocket that I store my clock in, and other pockets to hold notes or games or whatever you need. I take it with me everywhere I go, and despite a few loose threads that I've pulled out of the bag, I give it five stars.

Gil from Colorado Springs Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewGreat bag, everything fits.

Russ from Flint, MI Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewI just got this item in the mail today and I already regret the fact I didn't buy this sooner. It's convenience is met with great quality. This is great for tournament players, or casual players like myself that want tournament-quality items. The only complaint I have for the bag is the lack of decent inner-pocket zippers. I don't know how long they will last, but if they last me a while I will write a new review. Overall, buy this! It's a great investment and keeps your chess supplies safe and more portable than ever. I wish I had this product when I was in middle school or else my $50 mechanical chess clock would not have met its demise on the concrete floor.Buy it, love it, keep it safe.

Fun from Atlanta Carryall Tournament Chess Bag ReviewI buy these all the time. I buy them in quantity for my Chess Team and for other kids that I think deserve a good chess set. They have all the basics that one needs in a tournament bag. I have had the inside zippers to fail from time to time, but never the outer, main zipper. I think the materials have improved over the years that I have bought these bags. There is that lifetime guarantee, but I have never tried to use it. The inside will "string up" with loose material strings over time, but this does not seem to affect overall function. I have been using my own bag for about three years now and haven't seen a lot of appreciable wear. It is a very adequate bag for tournament players.
